It’s a pity you are going through this. Do not panic please.

However, what happens was that you had up to a 5 failed log on attempt into your account.

Page will always send you a password reset page haven’t failed on 3 attempts, if you ignore it your account will be locked after the 5th attempt till the next 12 hours.

However, to unlock your account during this 12 hours, contact the customer support team via any of these channels;
